Terms of Service & Single User Agreement

Last Updated: August 15, 2025

These terms apply to all Young Architect products and services, including youngarchitect.com and all subdomains (like academy2.youngarchitect.com). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.

What You’re Getting

All Young Architect Academy products are 100% digital content, delivered via our website and/or designated platforms, and may include videos, PDFs, courses, live coaching sessions, support services, and related files.

You’re purchasing access to digital content and services, not physical products.

Single User License

When you buy any Young Architect product, you’re purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use our content under the terms below. You do not own the content itself.

This license is for personal use only. You cannot share, transfer, or give your access to anyone else including friends, family, coworkers, or firms.

What You CAN Do:

What You CANNOT Do:

Code of Conduct

We expect all Young Architect Academy members to maintain professional and respectful behavior. This includes:

These standards apply to your behavior both on Young Architect platforms and off, including on social media, professional gatherings, and other public forums where you are identified as a Young Architect member

Termination and Enforcement

Young Architect reserves the right to terminate any member’s access to all products and services at our sole discretion, without warning, and without refund, including for violations occurring outside Young Architect platforms. We actively monitor community behavior across all platforms, including social media.

Grounds for immediate termination include but are not limited to:

Terminated members forfeit all access and are prohibited from future purchases. No refunds will be provided regardless of when termination occurs.

Firms, AIA Chapters, and Group Access

Single user licenses are for individuals only. Purchasing any product as an individual does not grant permission to share our products with a group, firm, or organization.

We frequently work with firms, AIA chapters, and groups to provide access for multiple people at reduced rates. Each person in the group receives their own individual license.

Interested in group licensing? Please click here to fill out the form and someone from Young Architect will follow up with you.

Monthly Memberships

Payment Plans and Program Commitments

If you choose a payment plan for any program, you are responsible for paying the full cost regardless of your participation level. Attending fewer sessions or deciding the program isn’t for you does not reduce your payment obligation. Failure to complete payments may result in collection agency action.

Account Security

We monitor IP addresses. Accounts accessed from multiple locations may be locked without warning. We reserve the right to revoke access for suspected password sharing without refund.

Website Use

You agree not to:

Changes and Updates

We can update our website, content, and these terms anytime without notice. We’ll make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

No Guarantees

While we work hard to provide valuable content, we can’t guarantee you’ll pass your exams or achieve specific results. Your success depends on your effort, preparation, and determination to achieve your goals. Exam performance varies by individual and may include unsuccessful attempts.

Limitation of Liability

Young Architect’s total liability to you cannot exceed what you paid us. We’re not responsible for lost profits, business interruption, or other indirect damages.
